The Marketing and Communications Project Manager, recommends, develops, implements, and evaluates marketing, communications and brand strategies for Hill Physicians Medical Group and a group practice, Hill Health. This role is responsible for strategies and tactics to influence membership growth and retention, and as a shared-services group, provides communications advice and support to help achieve corporate clinical, technology and talent acquisition objectives:

  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns in support of our internal stakeholder objectives including Population Health, Clinical Quality, Mobile Electronic Health Records (MyHillChart product which links a patient’s record to a mobile app), and other departments. This requires excellent project management skills and coordination with a Sr. Graphic Designer. It entails daily managing the job intake forms, assigning codes, allocating jobs to various people in the department including social media, graphic designer and web designer. It requires reaching out to stakeholders who submitted the projects and often rewriting submissions and calls-to-action.
  • Oversee 3-year Member Engagement plan by managing initiatives designed to grow membership and member retention including the creation of annual welcome letters and content contribution for website landing pages.
  • Write weekly blogs on health and wellness related topics of interest to consumers.
  • Project manage the Wrike Platform for the Marketing Department to confirm allocation of resources as needed for internal flyers, brochures, social media or other requests.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have broad prior experience including digital marketing, branding, advertising, event coordination and leadership, and communications. S/He must be an exceptional writer, editor and strategic thinker who is organized and able to handle a large volume of diverse projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. The individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills and embrace the art of collaboration.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing with progressive responsibilities; healthcare/managed care marketing experience highly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, clearly using appropriate grammar and terminology
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume workload to meet deadlines and high attention to detail
  • Agility and flexibility with demonstrated success in rapidly changing environments
  • Equally capable of working as part of a team while being self-directed and working autonomously
  • Ability to independently generate ideas/solutions to challenges or for continuous improvement
  • Critical and analytical thinker

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • Content development experience for a website, advertising campaign, newsletters, or blogs
  • Copywriter at an advertising agency

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary Range

$95-105,000/year
