Job Summary:
Responsible for creating and maintaining UX-focused websites for eCommerce and marketing. Conceptualizing and implementing creative concepts for websites that align with brand standards and drive user engagement. You will be collaborating with eCommerce, IT and third-party providers. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in UX design.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities"
  • Conceptualizing creative ideas and solutions to make online shopping more convenient and enjoyable.
  • Testing and improving the design of the websites and apps.
  • Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing digital standards that align with branding.
  • Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
  • Incorporating functionalities and features into websites and apps.
  • Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
  • Good understanding of content management systems.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Proficient understanding of responsive design.
  • Proficient understanding of Google Analytics
  • Proficient in UX research to make informed design decisions.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Up-to-date experience with web protocols, standards, and technologies.
  • Creative and open to new ideas.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret information.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and four or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age required.

  • Frequently required to use hands for reaching, touching, handling or feeling.
