We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for the vision and direction of integrations, and reporting and analytics, managing cross-functional activities to drive product success for each product in our portfolio including meeting goals for revenue, product adoption, meeting requirements and customer satisfaction.
You will validate known and identify unknown, unmet market needs. You will also identify direct and adjacent business and market opportunities to expand our addressable market. You will provide an outside-in-market perspective to drive strategic product and business decisions in alignment with business strategy to drive aggressive growth.
Within OnShift, we have many different modules that seamlessly work with many different systems and data sources our customers are using in their day-to-day workflow. In this role, we are looking for someone who understands our entire product suite and can collaboratively formulate a vision and strategic direction for both data integrations with third party systems and enterprise reporting of our data including predictive analytics. This individual will then work with our Integrations teams as well as Engineering teams to ensure successful execution on the given vision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the creation of the overall product vision, strategy, program backlog, roadmap and ROI to deliver data integrations and reporting & analytics solutions both to our internal and external customers based on market, competitive conditions and customer needs.
Collaboratively works with third party vendors to determine a strategy and vision for integration of data between our products.
Work effectively with each member of Product Management, Integrations and Engineering leadership to ensure a sound strategy for data integrations and enterprise reporting for each of the owned products.
Perform competitive, market trend, technology, business model and other external analyses.
Assist with business case definition, justification, and validation.
Review internal and external factors with a focus on external elements such as competition, laws, market conditions, analysts and industry specifics to guide the development of short-term and long-term strategic product plans.
Present recommendations to Senior Management and ensure successful
outcomes from key stakeholders.
Manage and communicate a product roadmap. Defines product requirements for the problems to be solved for various internal and external development teams.
Facilitate a strong partnership with cross-functional team members including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Customer Support and Finance.
Work closely with Marketing Communications to develop the core positioning and messaging.
Lead product release and go-to-market launch activities to ensure support for the sales plan, and an effective messaging strategy and communication plan are executed, with accountability for product adoption.
Support sales teams and channel partners in collaboration with marketing through the development of presentations, demonstrations, and other materials when applicable.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
5+ years' experience working as a senior-level Product Manager in a commercial SaaS environment.
Computer Science or Technical background preferred.
Understanding of databases and data models required.
Drive growth and long-term sustainable competitive advantage for our business and products.
A bias for action, the ability to break down complex problems into order and structure with process and steps that drive collaboration.
Passion for emerging trends and technologies and a desire to produce excellent work that exhibits our team’s vision.
Proficiency with Agile software preferred.
Healthcare/SaaS experience is preferred.
Knowledge of reporting and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI is preferred
ETL Solutions' experience is preferred.
Data Integration experience is preferred.
