What you get as a Warehouse Lead / Driver:

• Pay Rate: $21/hour paid weekly!

• Type: Part Time

• Hours: Schedules may vary based on business demands

• Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs.

• Job Site: Warehouse Lead / Drivers will start and end shifts at our Swedesboro warehouse.

What you'll do:

• Warehouse Lead/Drivers are responsible for driving Clutter Box Trucks between 16-26 ft in length and will oversee work in the warehouse - everyday is different!

• Maintain a high level of safety while operating Clutter vehicles

• Coordinate tasks with teams of 2-3 associates

• Move, pack, scan, and palletize items safely (items often weigh more than 50 lbs)

• Facilitate loading / unloading of items onto transfer trucks

• Ensure process is followed by performing frequent quality audits

• Manage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areas

• Scan and organize customer items using our self-built mobile app

• Warehouse Lead/Drivers are responsible for following and promoting all safety standards of conduct

• Use our iPhone app for shift clock-ins and dispatch

• Lead other warehouse projects as needed

Requirements of a Warehouse Lead / Driver:

• 3+ years of professional work experience and/or commercial driving experience

• At least 21 years of age with high school diploma, GED or equivalent

• Standard driver's license

• Ability to pass a physical exam required

• Weekend availability required

• As a Warehouse Lead/Driver you will be expected to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs regularly

• You will be on your feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours/day)

• You will be expected to track and manage data using smartphone software

• You must have reliable transportation to and from work (Address: 800 Arlington Road, Suite B, Swedesboro, NJ 08085)

• Experience with at least one of the following preferred: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor
