Job Description

This Corporate and Institutional Banking organization is responsible for the development of digital technologies spanning Treasury, Healthcare, Escrow/M&A and other areas in C&IB

Role Responsibilities:
Manage a team of C&IB Digital online banking developers and engineers with a focus on mobile and API channel development to deliver high-quality services that meet business requirements.
Lead technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and engineering to develop and maintain API product roadmaps and strategies
Define and implement development and design standards and best practices
Lead architecture and design discussions and decisions
Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community. We are looking for pure collaboration and innovation.
Programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, Open Source RDBMS (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (Mongo, Elastic), Container Orchestration services including Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift, API Gateway tools like Apigee, CI/CD Pipeline

High level overview of position:
Manages development projects, development teams and application support functions.
Oversees multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
Monitors and maintains adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.
Maximizes staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
Analyzes applications to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
