The Product Agility Tools team is developing the next generation of integrated solutions that give agile product teams actionable insights into the health and performance of their product. We're a cross-functional & tight-knit group that prides itself on delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

As a Product Associate, you will be supporting the Area Product Owner in all facets of the development lifecycle including feature ideation, requirements gathering/refinement, backlog management, and pre/post-production testing.

For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our New York, NY or Wilmington, DE offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Integrate data analytics, user experience research, competitor/market analysis, and business goals to help drive creation and prioritization of product initiatives
  • Active backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Continuous user acceptance testing of features/functionality ensuring the definition of done is met prior to release
  • Active participation in scrum team cadences in partnership with the agility lead (e.g., sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, daily scrums)
  • Collaborate with customer success and UX research teams to understand customer experience pain points leading to the ideation & development of new or enhanced features
  • Analysis of product data to understand trends, help drive improvements to line of business agile practices & guidelines, and improve trust and reliance

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related product management experience
  • Demonstrable experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and execution, and an ability to bring together cross-functional teams within an Agile development framework to accomplish product goals
  • Ability to think strategically, innovate and clearly communicate complex ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines with calmness and composure under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Figma) and MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
