Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our office in Lubbock, TX as a Therapy Program Supervisor. This role will work closely with the Location Director and Director of Therapy to take our care to the next level, providing the highest quality therapy to pediatric patients in their homes.

This role functions both as a field clinician and as a therapist preceptor for the offices he/she supports.

Clinical Qualifications and Requirements:
Three years pediatric therapy experience and one-year home health experience preferred.
Must be a PT, OT or SLP who is currently licensed to practice in this state.
Must possess a valid state driver’s license, maintain automobile liability insurance, and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages overall operational and therapy functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of day-to-day therapy operations.
  • Understands and adheres to all applicable home health regulations and standards.
  • Supervises, develops, and leads multiple disciplines; OT, PT, ST.
  • Serves as a resource person and role model to staff.
  • Works closely with physicians and parents to provide high quality care.
  • Oversees referral, staffing, and care coordination.
  • Ensures that documentation is completed in accordance with Company policies.
