Job Title: Project Manager- Commercial Construction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced commercial Field Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing all phases of the projects, including subcontractors, municipalities, restaurants, upfits, metal buildings, and churches. The candidate should be proficient in Resteam software, have excellent client relations skills, and be able to manage the projects both from the office and on-site.

Responsibilities/Day-to-Day:

• Estimating
• Managing projects from all phases, including subcontractors, municipalities, restaurants, upfits, metal buildings, and churches
• Managing projects from the office and on-site
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Coordinating with the owner on precon
• Working together with the team to achieve project success

Background Requirements/Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Excellent client relations skills
• Proficient in Resteam software
• Bachelor's degree in business or construction is preferred
• Ability to hit the ground running and work effectively with a team
• Driven, easy to get along with, team player, and even-tempered
• Good sense of humor
• Proficient in Excel
