The Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies. Creation of design solutions, from concept to completion, in a wide range of graphic applications, including collateral materials, environmental graphics, catalog publications, brand identity, company presentations, packaging, video titling, and multimedia interfaces and tools.

Duties

• The Graphic Designer plays a role in any given project and may also assist the Creative Group Manager in creating concepts, comps, layouts, and final art
• Presents visual solutions to internal clients and helps communicate strategies behind design ideas and executions
• Assists the Account Executive to help keep projects on track
• Participate in scheduled meetings
• Provide a professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and professional behavior
• Promote resort philosophies to team members
• Other duties may be assigned

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web design
• Familiarity with content management, web design, web development
• Expert with HTML/CSS
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Adept at multi-tasking
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Education: BA/BS preferred
• JavaScript experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• PHP experience a plus
• Advertising experience a plus
