We’re looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead a team of talented individuals committed to providing customer value. Customer Success is a vital team at Procore, instrumental to long-term growth and profitability, and encompasses customer onboarding, adoption, advocacy, retention, renewals, and up-sell. In this role, you’ll focus on evolving our current processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds while leading a team by Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.
This position reports to the VP of Global Customer Success, and can be based in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, New York, NY offices or work remotely from a US location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
