We’re looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead a team of talented individuals committed to providing customer value. Customer Success is a vital team at Procore, instrumental to long-term growth and profitability, and encompasses customer onboarding, adoption, advocacy, retention, renewals, and up-sell. In this role, you’ll focus on evolving our current processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds while leading a team by Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.

This position reports to the VP of Global Customer Success, and can be based in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, New York, NY offices or work remotely from a US location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey by helping them to maximize the value of their Procore platform, so they renew and expand their use of our products
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across our top accounts
  • Guide a diverse team of high-performing customer success professionals, providing them with the best experience and career development opportunities
  • Lead by example in ensuring that Procore remains one of the best places to work in the tech industry
  • Identify, share, and borrow best practices and improvements regarding how Procore drives customer value
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leaders, including sales, pre-sales, product, PS, and support, to ensure a seamless experience for customers and our team
  • Travel is required up to 30%

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience scaling and developing customer-facing organizations, including managing large teams and “manager of managers” responsibilities
  • Experience forecasting and executing renewals and expansions targets
  • Enthusiastic and creative team leader with the ability to inspire others, and a track record of high employee engagement
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building; experience building rapport with cross-functional executive stakeholders
  • Pre and post-sales experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience successfully building, supporting, and leading diverse teams

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $169,920-$233,640 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $212,400-$292,050. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
