Job Description

We are a small business in Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for a property manager to join our customer-centric, data-driven and collaborative team.

General Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Conduct property tours with potential residents
• Review rental applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws and our screening criteria
• Prepare and execute leases, renewals, etc
• Advertise vacant units
• Inspect units and arrange for repairs and new materials as required
• Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations
• Report the property’s occupancy and expiring leases to property owners

Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current residents
• Good verbal communication
• Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate and resident issues or questions are adequately addressed
• Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
• Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
• Knowledge of rental contracts and property and anti-discrimination laws

Salary Based on Experience
