Banquet Chef Job Summary
Our restaurant is seeking a Banquet Chef to join our hospitality team. We host a high volume of events, so we prefer applicants who have professional experience as well as an educational background in culinary arts. Your primary tasks in this role are to oversee kitchen staff, training them to prepare menu items while upholding portioning and plating standards. You will also assist with menu development for each event, ensuring our kitchen is sufficiently staffed and stocked. You must enforce a high standard of quality at all times during food preparation as well as equipment sanitization.
