Gen3 Defense and Aerospace and Gen3 Interconnect are an engineering, manufacturing and supply chain solution provider. With several facilities in the Grand Rapids area, our primary focus is on a newly developed robotic vehicle program and wire harnesses. Essential duties and responsibilities
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed at each location
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and taking notes
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining Lobby Guard
- Preparing meeting and training rooms
- Provide excellent customer service
- Administrator of Egnyte Collaboration Software
- Complete credit applications for the purchasing department
- Stock and organize breakroom area supplies
- Order all office supplies for each location
- Maintains company vehicle log
- Back up for onsite visits/lunch orders
- Coordinate travel as needed for all locations
- Balance credit card statements monthly
- Correspondence with each manager weekly – address needs
- Prep expense reports, check requests and PAR forms for Executive Assistant
- Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of office experience
- Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge a must
- Must be a US Citizen
