Gen3 Defense and Aerospace and Gen3 Interconnect are an engineering, manufacturing and supply chain solution provider. With several facilities in the Grand Rapids area, our primary focus is on a newly developed robotic vehicle program and wire harnesses. Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Greet customers
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed at each location
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and taking notes
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining Lobby Guard
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Administrator of Egnyte Collaboration Software
  • Complete credit applications for the purchasing department
  • Stock and organize breakroom area supplies
  • Order all office supplies for each location
  • Maintains company vehicle log
  • Back up for onsite visits/lunch orders
  • Coordinate travel as needed for all locations
  • Balance credit card statements monthly
  • Correspondence with each manager weekly – address needs
  • Prep expense reports, check requests and PAR forms for Executive Assistant
  • Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of office experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge a must
  • Must be a US Citizen
