Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled webmaster in web design and development with excellent communication and analytical skills, and has experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining a group of websites.

Core Responsibilities

• Website design and development: Creating and designing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Website maintenance: Regularly checking and updating the website to ensure it is running smoothly and is free of technical issues.
• Content management: Creating and managing website content, including text, images, and multimedia files.
• Search engine optimization: Optimizing the website to rank higher in search engine results pages.
• Security: Ensuring the website is secure from hackers, malware, and other security threats.
• Performance optimization: Monitoring and improving website speed and overall performance.
• Analytics and reporting: Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and generate reports.
• Technical support: Providing technical support to website users and resolving any issues that arise.

In addition to the core responsibilities, the webmaster will be involved in digital marketing activities such as videography, social, graphic design, and media management.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Familiar with web design principles, web development frameworks, and content management systems.
• Previous experience working as a webmaster.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Be creative and able to develop visually appealing designs that meet the needs of the target audience.
• Analyze website data and user behavior to optimize website performance, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user experience.
• Be meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure that the website is error-free, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
