Pay Breakdown: $16.75 per hour plus $5-$8 an hour in tips!

Who we are: Homegrown is a sustainability focused sandwich and grain bowl concept with multiple locations across the greater Seattle area. We serve seasonal, organic farm to table produce via our proud partnership with Ecolibrium Farms in Woodinville, WA. Our business is predominantly lunch driven, with our highest volume between 11am-3pm.

What you do: Our team members are cross trained to perform all food service positions including:

• kitchen prep
• line work
• customer engagement
• upkeep of store facilities

Basic Requirements· Ability to multitask during a fast-paced lunch rush· Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with others· Eagerness to learn!
Physical Requirements: We work with a conveyer belt oven to produce warm sandwiches and grain bowls. This job requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
