JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Have largely open availability
• Provides the opportunity for regular overtime
• Respond to the Branch Office or designee within a reasonable time frame when contacted for support requests.
• Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous inter-action with all customers (external/internal), visitors, contractors and management.
• Have transportation to get to a variety of job sites across DFW
• Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous inter-action with all customers (external/internal) visitors, contractors and management.

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Driver's License
• able to maintain a valid security license through the state of Texas
• At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• 1 year of relatable experience such as security, military, corrections, etc.

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
