Our hiring partner is a CPA firm that differentiates with a sustainable schedule: 36-44hr work week most of the year.

They are excited to add a Senior Associate on their Tax Services team!
Hybrid schedule (WFH 2 or 3 days / week)
~ $88k - $120k OTE ($80k - $110k base + 10% target bonus)

Healthcare, Service, Real Estate and Non-Profit.

Job Description/Profile
Prepare individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns
Assist with file creation and documentation procedures for clients
Perform research and analyze federal and state tax matters as necessary to determine compliance with tax laws
Provide analysis and information required in tax planning activities
Assist with the documentation and implementation of improved tax policies and procedures
Prepare responses to federal and state tax notices, audits and other tax-related matters
Support Tax Managers and Partners in the day-to-day management of client portfolio, engagement planning and
job administration
Keep management informed on the progress of important engagement and client relationship issues
Provide tax and administrative support to our affiliated wealth management team
Work with other teams on an as-needed basis to ensure clients receive full service
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
Review your work for quality, accuracy and relevance
Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas

Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
Two to four years of experience; public accounting experience preferred
CPA preferred, or in process of sitting for exams
Experience with MS Suite; Experience with QuickBooks & Tax Preparation software a bonus
Possesses the ability to follow directions to accomplish goals in an effective manner
Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines
Demonstrated project management skillset including project planning and time management
Excellent communication and technology skills
Self-starter and "team-player"

Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience (range $80,000 to $110,000)
10% target bonus
