AECOM is seeking a Senior level Project Manager for our Washington, DC location that starts up in September.

This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
• Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
• Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
• IAW PWS tasks 5.51, 5.4.1, and 5.3.1.

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS in engineering, architecture, construction management, science or mathematics + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• U.S. Citizenship required, due to the nature of the work.

Preferred Requirements

• Professional registration preferred.
• 15 years related work experience with 5 years relevant construction management experience.

OR

• PM II with 2 years WHS Pentagon experience pending government acceptance

OR

• 25 years of construction related specialized technical experience. Non degree individuals must be a licensed Master Craftsman, licensed journeyman, or have an active general contractor license.
