A Brief Overview
The Medical Transport Communications Specialist I performs a variety of comprehensive and effective communication activities in the Life Flight Communications Center at Stanford University Medical Center. Performs several duties including operation of multi-line telephones, radio console, weather products including radar and satellite systems, multiple computer database systems, mapping systems, and related systems and equipment in support of air medical transport services for patients who need admission or transfer from referring hospitals to Stanford Hospital and Clinics, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, and other health care institutions.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $36.33 - $47.23 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
