What you will be doing:
· Answer phones, sign for packages, validate parking and ensure all visitors and employees are provided a warm and inviting welcome! – The person hired for this role needs to love people and have a genuine, professional personality.
· “Hands-On” work- You must be a team player since your co-workers in mail services may need assistance from you throughout the day which can include, but not limited to sorting/distributing packages, helping with mail rounds, opening supply or service tickets for internal customers

Contractor personnel may be requested to work at the Governments alternate locations during emergencies and emergency exercises.
