Job Title: RN House Supervisor

Location: Lander, WY

Job Type: Full-Time

  • Must-Haves:
  • Must have current and valid Wyoming RN License or Equivalent compact
  • Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association
  • ACLS Certification current or within 90 days of hire/transfer
  • PALS Certification current or within 90 days of hire/transfer
  • Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience

Job Description:

The House Supervisor provides leadership support through collaboration with the Service Line Directors for all departments in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided for the patient. The House Supervisor/Clinical Care Coordinator delegates duties, functions and maintains 24 hour accountability to ensure compliance with all policies and protocols of the hospital.

  • Serves as a resource and role model for nursing staff and ancillary staff in the management of patient care and nursing issues.
  • Staffs nursing care units per staffing matrix, guidelines, and productivity targets.
  • Sets priorities, organizes work, delegates duties, and implements opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of hospital administration, patient care services, customer relations, and plant operations.
  • Responds to all patient emergencies in an accurate and precise manner.
  • Assists all staff an physicians with treatments and procedures.
  • Collaborates with others and reassesses situations and conditions consistently to best meet the need of the patient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
