We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, full time property management professional to join our team as a Property/On-site Manager in the greater Seattle area. We are a well-established Property Management Company that manages a vintage multi-family apartment complex ranging from 180-200 units. We are strong believers in promoting from within and have built a great sense of community to work in.
Our ideal candidate will be willing to live on-site, organized, have a high level of integrity, take pride in their work performance, and have the ability to interact and work well with others. We offer a diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and hard work is recognized.
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually

Must have current and valid Wyoming RN License or Equivalent compact. Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
Proficient in therapy treatment for acute care, rehab, outpatient populations and wound care, as directed by therapist. High school graduate or equivalent.
Working with multiple levels within an organization from developers to C-level executives in building strategic and long standing relationships.
Job Description POSITION OBJECTIVE Working under moderate supervision, the Research Assistant 1 will perform research into glycogen storage disorders with
