WHAT IMPACT CAN A PRODUCT MANAGER HAVE AT ESG?
Understanding how to measure and optimize a product’s success is important work that takes analytical thinking, creative insight, and a keen understanding of production. As a
Product Manager, you’ll help define our match product strategy by working directly with Analytics, Game Design, UI/UX, Art and Engineering. You will identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions. You will own game performance, feature prioritization, and AB testing. We’re a
remote-first studio and encourage all applications.
- Work with game teams and designers to optimize in-game event performance and other features to delight players while maximizing revenue.
- Guide the product vision and goals for one of our live games. Develop a solid understanding of the players’ problems, wants, and needs to develop product strategy with measurable objectives that impact business KPI’s.
- Analyze game data KPI’s and health of the game. Work with the Analytics team to obtain relevant data to inform product optimizations and decision making.
- Work closely with the game team to test product changes to improve retention, engagement, and monetization. This may include sales/promo, store, in-game content optimization changes.
- Understand game metrics to inform hypotheses and work with analysts/designers to run A/B tests with clear, measurable goals. Continually work towards improvements on an ongoing basis.
- Create specs and prototypes for product balances, features, and content that clearly communicate a plan for executing, testing, and measuring against product goals Work with Director of Product to prioritize features and content to maintain or improve KPIs.

- 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming product management.
- Experience in LiveOps for a successfully monetized FTP mobile game.
- Exhibit strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive conclusions to further refine hypotheses from data and clearly communicate findings.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with AB testing and experimentation.
- Work with and garner consensus across teams to generate buy-in for product goals and vision.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who can work in an environment that requires strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to roll up sleeves with the desire for the team to win.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work cross functionally with other teams.
- Passion for mobile games. Routinely play and analyze other mobile games to evaluate new opportunities for product optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A degree in quantitative/technical discipline a plus.
- You enjoy games, particularly mobile games. You are on top of the latest games, trends, and what’s happening in live events.
