What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our internal products. This role will focus on managing products that streamline complex workflows and support business initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be driven to create efficiency across various business lines and committed to helping the organization become increasingly productive. Your expertise in analyzing user needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering innovative solutions will be crucial to your success in this role.

You will join an exciting, recently revamped, Product team that deeply cares about growing with people who question assumptions, have strong judgment, execute fast, take ownership, act responsibly, help the team advance and improve its standards.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and increase productivity by representing the needs of our internal teams and leading the end-to-end product lifecycle of internal products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement in various business lines
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, working cross-functionally to align resources and deliver on objectives
  • Own user needs and requirements, translating them into actionable product features and enhancements
  • Drive the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of new solutions

Minimum qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing internal applications or enterprise software solutions
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Product Management or Technology role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute data-driven product roadmaps
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Bonus

  • Experience with workflow management or process automation tools
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Objectives and Key Results, pre and post-launch
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional team

Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00
