Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hot section turbine blade and vane repair cells
  • Manage a team of supervisors and ensure that repairs are performed to the highest quality standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements to streamline operational flow and increase efficiency
  • Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Prepare and manage department resources effectively
  • Stay current with industry developments and trends and implement best practices
  • Provide leadership and direction to achieve site goals and objectives.

Qualifications


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • Turbine manufacturing operations experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong knowledge of turbine blade and vane repair techniques preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to be agile within a dynamic workplace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Must be authorized to work in the United States.
