We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for the Human Resources, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable of the company. This role is critical for keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and other related documents
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Ensure all invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner
  • Handle time tickets for payroll
  • Process employee expense claims
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies
  • Coordinate office activities and events
  • Answer phones and greet customers as needed
  • Bank deposits and cash receipts
  • General Administration
  • General office upkeep and organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an office management role or similar position
  • Minimum 1 year experience with AR and AP
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient to Advanced in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
