Help manage administrative tasks
Handle requests and queries appropriately

Make travel arrangements using for employees and incoming client visits as needed
Monitor office and kitchen supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as directed

Qualifications/Skills
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
Full comprehension of and procedures
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Strong experience working in
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
High level verbal and written communications skills
