We are looking for a maintenance person for our rentals which include residential and commercial rentals such as a mobile home court, apartments, residential, commercial. Some of the duties would be having a maintenance phone and answering calls/texts from renters that need repair. Performing small repairs such as replacing toilets, knobs, clogged drains/toilets, pressure washing, etc. Keeping parking lots/driveways clean and free of debris/garbage. Move in and out repairs. Posting notices. Mowing, trimming. Organizing quarterly inpsections for rentals, reporting any issues to owner. Parts of the job can be physical, must be able to get in attics, under homes, moves appliances, etc.
