The National Branch is a newly created advice channel that will deliver goal-based planning advice to clients through remote advisors. Its mission is to provide investors with holistic financial advice to meet their life goals, from the comfort of their home. Establishing and growing the National Branch is a key strategic priority of US Wealth Management, and is expected to grow rapidly in the next 5 years.

Job Summary

The National Branch Platform Strategy & Adoption role is critical in enabling National Branch's growth. It will report to the Head of the National Branch, and will be part of the National Branch Management team. The leader will be entrusted with designing the platform strategy and roadmap, defining business requirements for the various technology products, tools and digital components of the platform, and driving feedback and adoption by the advisors in a structured manner. This role will bring together the platform components into a reliable and seamless ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on a personalized and efficient client experience. To achieve this, the leader will work closely with stakeholders and product owners across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and the broader JPMorgan technology organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Developing & executing flawlessly the strategy for platform implementation, adoption and governance, in alignment with controls & procedures
  • Partnering across JPWM business with key stakeholders & product cabinets to establish, align and provide transparency into the vision to create and deliver best in class client and employee experiences
  • Organizing, conducting, and analyzing National Branch advisor/service professionals' needs to help transform, prioritize, and deliver a better product, feature, or workflow
  • Building & maintaining a framework to systematically collect & analyze post implementation feedback, reporting and performance
  • Effectively communicating out long term vision, short term objectives/strategy and progress to various levels of stakeholders across the organization
  • Performing and sharing competitive & industry analysis with product partners and key stakeholders to execute strategy
  • Coordinating, developing and updating written policies and procedures over advisor activities
  • Create a systematic and comprehensive strategy to capture quality employee feedback & provide key stakeholders with the necessary insights

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BA/BS; MBA (or equivalent) preferred
  • 7+ years of managerial experience in product, platform or digital organizations, or in strategy/management consulting, project management / transformation.
  • Extensive experience leading large scale project execution and management
  • Preference for Wealth Management experience; familiarity with end-to-end bank infrastructure, including advisors, client service, product, technology, operations and controls
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape and best practices across relevant industries
  • Designing processes for documenting, maintaining and updating procedures & controls
  • Ability to Identify challenges, gaps and opportunities for improvement, and prioritizing tangible solutions to drive results

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Preference for Wealth Management experience; familiarity with end-to-end bank infrastructure, including advisors, client service, product, technology, operations and controls
