Responsibilities
- Be the Face of HR for plant employees, including a strong presence in the production environment to provide day to day HR partnership & leadship to team
- Conduct investigations and Partners with Workers’ Compensation claims adjusters, internal and external legal resources, and Risk Management to effectively manage claims
- Maintain "open door policy" and open line of communication for production staff
- Day to day HR partnership & leadership to team - Owning engagement aspect of the plant by managing an employee engagement strategy
- Provide coaching and advice to management on effective ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues
- Compliance, salary administration and job evaluation processes, Staffing and General HR Duties as needed
