Financial Analyst – Full Time – Orlando, Florida

We are searching for an experienced candidate for the position of Financial Analyst to be part of a growing team. As a Financial Analyst at All Star, you will be a key part of the growing finance team. In this role you will partner with functional leaders to develop forecasts, budgets and prepare monthly financial analysis. This is a highly visible position to the C-Suite will report to the Head of FP&A. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, reliable, and team oriented. What You’ll Be Doing

• Build financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results comparing results to forecast, and prior periods
• Track capital expenditure tracking, reporting, and forecasting
• Support monthly financial close
• Create reports and metrics that add value to finance and operational business partners
• Present analysis, findings and conclusions to various groups and management levels in the organization
• Ad hoc analysis and other responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
• Skilled excel user
• Positive & upbeat attitude
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Business)
• Attention to detail with the ability to understand concepts and translate that into financials
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills
• Self-starter with flexibility and willingness to balance multiple priorities. Experienced in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating one’s own work
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and presentation skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
