We are looking for a hard-working, energetic individual(s) like you to join our new team in Jacksonville, Nc. Join one of the hottest trends in the spa industry. Our location is on Henderson drive in Jacksonville, Nc.

We are a 5-star spa, check out our reviews - come work for the BEST! The "Beauty Icon" or as many people call it a Wax Specialist is accountable for all service provision, waxing standards, customer service standards, and day to day operations as it relates to client management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*Maintaining a clean and professional environment *Follow all policies and procedures *Accountable for high quality, proficient, speed waxing service standards including Full body and facial waxing, and lash/brow tinting services *Actively embracing all referral and retention practices *Teamwork *Other duties assigned when hired *Follow all safety standards *The goal is to exceed client expectations *Actively engage in the "learning environment" *Implement customer service standards *Will attend all team meetings and team builders *Meets sales goals

MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

*_ Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)_ * Waxing Skills/Technique (experience) * Time Management Skills * Upbeat and Fun personality * Team Player * Amazing Customer Service Skills * Self-Motivated

SALARY: $11/hr - $21/hr including commission and tips

JOB TYPE: Part-Time

Schedule:

Monday: OFF

Tues - Friday: 10am - 7pm

Saturday: 9 am - 5pm

Sunday: 12pm - 5pm
