Acara Solutions is seeking an Equipment Technician to join our team.
The Equipment Technician will perform preventive maintenance activities on state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment. The technician will also perform visual inspections (quality check) post PM and respond to error messages of factory systems and/or equipment. The technician will review Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for process quality and conduct defect troubleshooting, as well as sustain and improve spare parts management system and be responsible for full life-cycle of spare parts
The ideal candidate will be actively participating in continuous improvement processes, learning and skills development, performing activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements, and supporting Environmental Health Safety & Security programs.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compressed work week schedule including night shift
Typical shift is 12 hours long, alternating between three and four days every other week including breaks
Job Description:
-Performing preventive maintenance activities on state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environment.

Education:
An Associate Degree in Science or Engineering related, equivalent technical training in military service, or sufficient machine maintenance experience after high school, 2 to 5 years' experience.
