The supervisor position is for the day shift, overseeing the daily responsibilities of the Cashier, Admitting and Same Day Surgery departments. Must be flexible to work other shifts and departments when needed. This includes weekends and holidays.
Hospital experience is not necessary, but must have working knowledge of patient registration, including insurances and procedural authorizations process. Experience preferably over 1 year of training and managing a team of employees. Must be attentive to detail, drive individual performance by identifying opportunities that improve process practices, experience with using a multitude of system applications simultaneously and efficiently. Understand the Revenue Cycle process and contribute to driving financial sucess.
