The Challenge

The Qualtrics Revenue Operations Team is looking for a full-time data analyst who will make a huge impact on the Growth Strategy and Integrations part of our team. We have growing sales goals each quarter and we need the right person to join our unstoppable team.

We are seeking someone who loves working with Sales, Finance, and other various departments to provide insights and data access to the right people at the right time. If you have a STEM Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or automations, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve been dreaming of working for.

The Expectation for Success

You’ll know you’re doing a great job when our sales team has easy to understand insights to sales data that is accurate and easily accessible. You can work cross-functionally, are a self-starter, can multitask, and manage your time effectively.

A Day in the Life

  • Use sales data to help sales leaders accurately forecast future deals
  • Be responsible for processes that enable data integrations between sales systems (CRM to CRM, CRM to reporting tools, etc)
  • Help sales leaders and sales reps to clean and understand the data
  • Find anomalies or issues in the data and work with sales teams to get them resolved
  • Plan the growth strategy for collaboration between multi-company sales teams
  • Manage change communication and implementation for processes with sales teams and leaders
  • Automate routine data requests to be widely available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with APIs, querying data with SQL, and web scraping
  • Ability to drive actionable insights from large data sets
  • Talented at presenting data in an easily digestible format
  • Capable of automating routine data requests using R and/or Python
  • Comfortable communicating to sales leadership and driving change in a sales organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Sales organizations, Sales quotas, and CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce.com)
