The ideal candidate for the role of Squad Logistics Guide to provide Logistics Client Support will be self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, performing well under tight deadlines. You are a great multi-tasker and do well under pressure. We are the first line of contact for our clients so our client support team must be skilled communicators and relationship builders. This position is instrumental in providing the level of superb care and commitment that our clients have come to expect and depend on from Mercury.

Actively monitor shipment and verify delivery of all shipment. Enter data upon delivery of the shipment. Keep all stakeholders informed of any shipment issues
Position Summary... What you'll do... Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling
Generate records management services acquisition documents, as required, in support of the records management program. Schedule: Full-Time (35 + hours).
