The Accountant/Tax Preparer position is responsible for addressing tight deadlines and performing a multitude of accounting activities, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end preparation and Tax Return Preparation.

In this position, you will lead the overall scheduling, materials fulfillment, and inventory control for all Larson Operations. 2-3 years relevant experience.
Reports to the Portfolio Manager. Interacts with residents and tenants with the highest level of customer service and positive attitude.
Responsible for the cleaning and proper maintenance of company vehicles. Participate in training seminars provided by the Parts Department and outside vendors.
