Overview:

Inovalon is seeking an undergraduate college juniors, seniors and graduate students with a diverse academic background to join our Summer Internship Program this year. As a Strategy & Business Transformation Sales Operations Intern, you will support the Payer Business Unit, with the goal of enhancing your educational experience through practical, on-the-job learning, assignments, and projects. The Intern will use their strong attention to detail and analytical skills to help support business transformation and organizational change.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Payer Business Unit with day-to-day work that covers strategy and business transformation across the department;
    • Conduct analysis and put together recommendations;
    • Manage timelines and follow up on tasks;
    • Lead or assist in the completion of projects, artifacts, and/or process improvements, as assigned;
    • Research and put together documentation;
    • Work collaboratively across teams and levels;
    • Participate in departmental and/or staff meetings;
    • Completes miscellaneous assignments as assigned;
    • Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
    • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
    • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.

Education:
  • Course work towards Bachelor's or Master's degree.
