Regional Vice President of Growth – Commerce Division will help to grow the Stream Companies book of different verticals. We are looking for applicants who have 5+ years of advertising/marketing agency account management or new business experience working with clients in these industries - Retail, F&B (QSR/Fast Casual), Finance, Technology, Healthcare and Automotive.
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced marketing professional that can join us to drive revenue and client growth.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and creating agency relationships for lasting client growth and success.
  • Drive outreach to target client pipeline, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
  • Assist in establishing performance goals for outreach and growth department employees.
  • Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the company.
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency account management or new business capacity.
  • Experienced in and/or have participated in agency RFP/new business pitch processes.
  • Willingness to travel on request.


Skills & Experience:

  • Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
  • Good with using social media as a way of putting our message in front of decision makers.
  • Comfortable making calls to get potential businesses interested in what we have to offer.
  • Experience in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing agency capabilities within business categories mentioned above.
  • Understanding and experience of full life-cycle new business process– Outreach to onboarding.
