Job Description

Takes incoming calls and provides follow-up (which may include other departments) when appropriate

Assists customers with payment options, due dates, loan details, setting up online accounts/payments, etc.

Returns calls in a timely manner

Monitors emails and responds appropriately

Listens to borrower concerns

Makes out-bound calls for non-default loans

Provides instructions to borrowers regarding borrower authorization on file for 3rd parties and how to change mailing addresses

Obtains information from borrowers to research payment when appropriate and tracks payments

Interfaces with other corporate departments for data sharing as needed
