We are looking for an organized, energetic, self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and takes ownership in all aspects of their work. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service and leasing or sales talents, the ability to multitask, and respond with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response with superb communication and problem-solving skills. They will be highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, collaborative work style, and have strong worth ethic. This candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and hospitality and exceeding people's expectations and find great satisfaction in helping to create community. Position requires occasional weekend availability.
Requirements for this leasing position include a minimum of 2 years' experience in leasing and/or property management, excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Technical Writer - Edit, produce, and manage technical documents, reports, user manuals, briefings and presentations, functional descriptions, system
Installs, repairs, and hooks up equipment for all electrical services on the ship. Lays out, pulls, lifts out, and installs cable and conduit.
Works in a private office space in the coders home per conifer Telecommuter Policy as defined in the Telecommuting Program Guide.
This job requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting of items weighing
Job requirements include basic reading, writing, and math skills and specialized knowledge of bartending and mixing drinks. Clear and reset tables in bar area.
