Who we are seeking:

We are seeking a recent graduate/ architectural associate who is self-motivated and is eager to learn all aspects of the architecture profession to join our team.

Your role:

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams during project design phases including programming, concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Develop design sketches, renderings, graphics, presentation materials, analysis, and construction drawings and schedules.
  • Participate in the construction administration of projects including jobsite visits, review of submittals, and responding to contractor questions.
  • Communicate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including clients, owners, users, team members, consultants, and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project objectives.
  • Contribute to office activities, initiatives and participation is continuous learning.
  • Help deliver great projects with a sense of energy, passion, and personal responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree from a NAAB accredited Architecture program
  • 0-5 years of professional experience
  • Prior experience in an architectural practice or related field will be given special consideration.
  • Excellent graphic, drawing, and presentation capabilities.
  • Exposure to 3D modeling, visualization, and graphics software; Revit, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite are strongly preferred.
  • Ability and experience in producing quality construction documents, solid understanding of building detailing, construction principles and practices.
