United Gaming, LLC a privately owned coin-operated amusement (COAM) operator has grown to become the state of Georgia’s largest (COAM) company. We are looking for Field Sales Representative to service our clients in the Macon, Augusta, Savannah, Valdosta, and Dalton Regions of Georgia. We offer a base salary and an aggressive bonus compensation plan. This person will have a Sales and subject matter expert mindset.


This is a part-time Field Sales Representative position that offers a “Work-Life Balance” career style.


Responsibilities:

  • The Field Sales Representative will work with United Gaming clients to build long-term, strategic partnerships with our clients.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their workflows, organizational structures, and overall requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Research and identify potential new clients and markets for United Gaming products and services.
  • Act as a link between United Gaming and clients to ensure all of their needs are being met and they’re satisfied with United Gaming's products and services.
  • As their main point of contact, your customers will lean on you to provide best practices and to help them achieve their operational goals through the use of United Gaming products.
  • You will also work closely with multiple cross-functional teams by providing invaluable insight into customers’ needs and challenges.
  • Location: Very limited hybrid, onsite for meetings only once a week or in some cases virtual. Depending on the assigned territory.
  • Territory travel: 90% to 95%
  • Generate new leads through regular cold calls, business emails, site visits, and other contact correspondence methods.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating all United Gaming’s benefits, products and services.
  • Create successful partnership plans for your customers and document customer progress toward established goals and results. To ensure both parties are satisfied and agreeable with the terms of the partnership agreement.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Communicating major milestones and updates to Sr. Manager. Meet and exceed sales target goals and monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs projections.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the United Gaming product line and ensure proper implementation in every customer’s environment
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Help find new ways to continuously improve our customer’s experience, both in our product and processes.
  • Continue to develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-education.
  • B2B travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • We are looking for someone that’s can work independently, client focus, creative, and innovative.


Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or event promotions background is desired.
  • Knowledge of coin-operation amusement machines is a plus but will provide training.
  • Ability to travel to assigned territory.
  • Excellent oral, communication, and written skills are required.

  • Strong sales experience and customer management skills.
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve client complaints or needs.
