Job Description

Organize the overall structure of all the various documentation we need to maintain.

Regularly update production documentation (Knowledge Base) – ensuring ongoing use by the intended audiences.

Produce documentation, presentations, and support Instructional Designers in development of training materials to represent the production roadmap, and its ongoing evolution to department stakeholders.

Work with teams to document key elements of the project, including overview, processes/workflows, requirements, etc.

Maintain production notification system for global production and assure that notifications make their way into corresponding documents/trainings.

Transform internal technical publications such as process documents, specifications, work packages, etc. into consumable documents, including formats and layouts, and professional/standardized publications for global production.

Participate actively in documentation and project planning discussions.

Continuously examine efficiencies in the documentation process – automate (where possible) aspects of document artifact generation from content sources to support knowledge management efforts.

Be a key influencer, driving change and continuous improvement

Requirements

Qualifications

2 years experience authoring high-quality and detailed technical documents.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant work experience.

Strong experience developing and optimizing knowledge content.

Ability to integrate complex ideas, strategies, and operational models into content that can be easily understood.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience with Confluence and Keynote highly preferred.

An interest in maps.

Comfortable interfacing with product managers, software engineers, and service delivery groups to execute timely delivery of knowledge assets.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to resolve issues with a mindset towards execution and delivery.

Passion for delivering projects and communications on time with the highest level of quality.

Meet deadlines and complete multiple projects on aggressive schedules.

Team oriented, and thrives in highly collaborative situations.

Review documentation and provide constructive feedback to your peers.
