The warehouse worker position is responsible for packing, pull stock for work order/sales orders per requirement date and Priority, cycle count, storing and issuing material and tools. This includes accessing the computer for issuing, receiving, transferring of material, and creating packing list number. Receiving and delivering material to and from internal customer shipping. The ability to meet required individual KPI's while pulling stock for work order/sales orders per requirement date with minimal errors. The ability to be an official Trainer to fellow employees in all functions. The ability to learn and perform all shipping and receiving functions when needed. The key to success in this position is to stay current with the workload and special requirements directed to QA as well as working effectively with co-workers, customers, and others by sharing idea in a constructive and positive manner.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain inventory accuracy up to 95%
- Maintain accuracy on receive, issuing, picking, shipping of all inventory.
- Maintain accuracy on all documentation.
- Report any inventory discrepancy directly to warehouse supervisor.
- Maintain 24 hrs turnaround time for kit and sale orders
- Provide good internal and external customer service.
- Good safety awareness.
- Maintain a clean and organized safe work area
- Meet production schedules daily
- Develop improvement ideas to promote continuous improvement
- Keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues
- Working effectively with co-workers, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner
- Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn
- Compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations at all time
A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a Twelfth Grade Level.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must have basic working knowledge of MRP/ERP system.
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry
- Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word,
- Must know how to use all standard warehouse equipment.
- Type 15 wpm, strong organizational and interpersonal skill.

Compensation Pay Range
$15-$18/ hr
