Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Store Manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail. A manager that is in constant contact with the staff and customers providing the highest quality customer service is what we are looking to fill our role.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Staff management: interview, selection, and training of all staff for the retail location.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of staff
  • Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies
  • Ensure store standards are consistently improved in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and service
  • Hold regular communication meetings with staff to ensure all plans are carried out.
  • Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships
  • Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks
  • Collaborates with regional managers to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies
  • Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries
  • Providing opportunities for staff advancements
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff
  • Experience working to targets, KPI’s and measurements
  • Understanding P&L and financials
  • Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
  • Able to build customer and brand trust
  • Teamworking abilities
  • Flexible and open schedule

Education and Experience:

  • High School/GED required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Retail management experience highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds at times
  • Pay starts at $40,000- DOE, store location, and volume
