We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our President of Product & Technology. In this role, you will interact with all levels of our organization as well as high-profile clients, partners, and associates.
As a successful Senior Executive Assistant, you'll manage a wide range of administrative support-related tasks that optimize our President's effectiveness and efficiency. This role requires experience in C-level executive support and the ability to maintain an approachable and professional presence to internal and external contacts. You are resourceful, proactive, and have a keen ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
This position reports to the P&T Administrative Operations Manager and will be based in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate would be able to work from our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, and will be required to travel with their executive (5%).
