SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Remote
SOLID SURFACE MATERIAL/JOIN.It ADHESIVES
Only candidates in Atlanta, GA, Tampa and Orlando FL will be considered.
PREREQUISITIES:
1. Have at least two years sales experience in the interior surfacing market, laminate, quartz, veneer, panels, board, hardware, cabinet.
2. Have experience in selling through independent distribution
3. Based in the Atlanta, GA area
4. Has called on the A&D community
5. Technical knowledge of basic fabrication skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills
8. Flexibility regarding scheduling/multitasking
9. Understands the “Team” Concept
10. “Creative” in Problem Solving
11. Can travel with overnights on a monthly basis needed
12. 35-42 Years of Age, $50,000-$60,000 compensation plus bonus opportunity of $10,000. Posses personal qualities of integrity and commitment to company vales and mission
JOB DISCRIPTION:
1. Meets Durasein Quota for sheet and shape sales in assigned territory
2. Meets Adhesive Quota in the assigned territory
3. Works with Durasein Distributors in the assigned territory to meet established goals
4. Establishes accounts that buy direct from Durasein to meet established goals
5. Supports Specification Efforts with calls on A&D and providing CEU courses
6. Implements all Sales and Marketing Programs
7. Timely follow up and responding to all leads and sample requests
8. Provide up to date marketing information regarding Products, applications and end use markets
9. Provide reliable and accurate product line forecasts
10. Well versed in product knowledge, to advise fabricators, A&D and Distributor personnel on the features and benefits of Solid Surface and Join.It Adhesives
11. Inform the company on all pertinent issues with solutions
12. Meets deadlines for all company reports, company files and CRP (salesforce)
