As a Retail Project Manager in our regional retail stores, you will:
  • Lead a team of managerial professionals as well as hourly associates
  • Manage the implementation of project plans by identifying plan requirements
  • Collaborate and communicate with other stakeholders about project obstacles, timelines and alignment with corporate strategies
  • Direct associates in the execution of project plans
  • Ensure all project requirements are met
  • Demonstrate and apply up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
  • Coordinate, complete and oversee job related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support plans and initiatives to meet costumers and business needs
  • Identify and communicate goals and objectives
  • Builds accountability for an measuring progress in achieving results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans

Retail Project Manager Requirements

  • 3 years experience in project management (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in leadership or management
  • Leadership skills (required)
  • Experience supporting a team with HR related administrative tasks (required)
  • MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), background check, and drug screen
  • Project Management Certification (Preferred)
