Acara Solutions is looking for a Mainboard PCB Production Supervisor for our Client located in Grapevine, TX

  • With instructions from the Manager, direct the activities of assigned hourly teammates in production processes.
  • Ensure that productivity and quality standard are achieved based on defined goals and in a cost-effective manner.
  • Using weekly manufacturing schedules and daily priorities, assigns tasks and assignments to hourly teammates.
  • Monitors work to ensure proper completion.
  • Trains new hire teammates to know the process and assigned tasks.
  • Monitors teammate's efforts to ensure daily, defined outputs.
  • Investigates incidents, identifies production line issues, and devises solutions.
  • Monitors, adjusts, or identifies need for repair/testing of equipment or processes in assigned segment of the operational processes.
  • Completes production documentation.
  • Verifies that hourly time records reflect the work performed.
  • Implements efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better product flow decisions by conducting analysis on key areas which are causing product and delivery issues.
  • Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
  • Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
  • Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships. Communicates and works well with all business partners.
  • Manages inventory and allocation in the most cost efficient and productive manner.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in computer/manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years' manufacturing supervisory experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Needs ability to generate management reports in Excel and all other assigned software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to introduce new ideas and demonstrate original thinking.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes or be flexible to changings tasks/assignments.

Job Type: Full-time
